Susan C. Hyde

Ms. Hyde is a Managing Director, Corporate Secretary and Director of Investor Relations of W. P. Carey & Co. Ms. Hyde oversees the Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Special Events departments. Ms. Hyde also serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Carey Financial, LLC, W. P. Carey’s broker-dealer subsidiary. She joined W. P. Carey & Co. in 1990 after graduating from Villanova University, where she received a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and a B.A. in English. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
