Benjamin Harris

Benjamin P. Harris is the head of U.S. Principal Investments for W. P. Carey & Co. LLC and President of Corporate Property Associates 15 Incorporated (CPA^®:15), an income generating real estate investment trust (REIT) managed by W. P. Carey.  Mr. Harris joined W. P. Carey in 1998 and has served as head of the U.S. investment department since 2005.  Prior to that, he served as an investment officer in the firm’s U.S. investment department.  Mr. Harris is responsible for originating sale-leaseback and other net leased investments. 

Mr. Harris graduated with joint degrees from the University of Kings College and Dalhousie University in Canada.  He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Alternative Investments Committee of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
